When an order is placed on our site, an email is automatically sent confirming the receipt and the details of the order. Please be aware that this does not mean that your order has been processed. It only confirms the receipt of the information and assigns a purchase order number for your reference. You may want to make a copy of your order or save this email, since this is the only order copy that we send. We do not pack invoices inside our packages unless directed by the purchaser. After the shipment is completed, you will receive one additional email referencing the tracking number for your shipment.
Please note that these two emails that you should receive are addressed as: info@nicepriceusa.com. Assuming that there are no problems with your order such as, credit card processing, incorrect address, out of stock issues, you truly will not hear from us any further.
