The unique design features a curved arm that hooks onto the molding of the door frame. The body weight of the user creates a cantilever effect that helps to bind the device securely in the doorway without the need for a single screw or fastener. This allows the Door Gym to be ready for use in just a matter of seconds. The Door Gym is also capable of supporting up to 300 lbs. (135kg).

Directions:
Door Gym features a pair of close-grip handles that are attached to the center of the bar. These handles allow the user to position palms to face each other as you pull, isolating the muscles within the middle of your back. This activity helps to build size and strength while conditioning the primary muscles responsible for keeping the spine erect for better posture. Place the Door Gym on the floor and the device works as a set of pushup bars, ideal for strengthening and toning the chest, shoulders and triceps. Placing the Door Gym at the bottom of a door frame, placing your feet underneath the device will allow you to do sit-ups, crunches and many other abdominal exercises.
